2. Prepare your abstract according to the guidelines

  1. Divide into sections
    Write your abstract in English and structure it into the following sections if applicable:
    Context – Objective – Methods – Patient(s) – Intervention(s) – Main Outcome Measure(s) – Result(s) – Conclusions.
  2. Abstract limitsThe abstract cannot be longer than 2500 characters including spaces, and must be plain text. It is not possible to include tables and images, but you may insert data in the text of the abstract. 
  3. Works already presentedIt is possible to submit abstracts already presented.
  1. Maximum 2 abstracts Submit a maximum of two abstracts on the congress’ topics as presenting author. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted as co-author
  2. Editing Once accepted, abstract cannot be modified in any of its parts (authors, content and title).

3. Submit and wait for the acceptance

Submission deadline for Oral  or Poster presentations.
The Scientific Committee will consider the abstracts
not accepted as Oral Presentations for possible
inclusion in the Poster Session.

ACCEPTANCE
Within October 10, 2023
The submitted abstracts will be under a blind review process.
After that all the abstract submitters will be communicated whether their abstract is accepted.

REGISTRATION

Within October 26 2023

Speakers whose abstracts have been accepted must complete their congress registration before October 26 2023
Those presenting abstracts are entitled
to a significantly reduced registration fee of € 300

4. Present your work at the 15th ESG Congress

The accepted abstracts will be divided into Oral Presentations and Poster Session. Rules for presentation will be available in fall 2023 in the account page.

The Oral Presentation Sessions

The Oral Presentation Sessions will be held at the Congress Venue. The recordings of the oral presentation sessions will be made available online after the end of the congress.

The Poster Session

will be organized at the Congress Venue.
All the authors will be requested to bring their printed poster at the congress venue and to upload a PDF to be made available for the virtual congress.
